Size, Model Number and B&J Cage Unit:
Columns are self-explanatory.
Column indicates each units price code.
Simply tells you whether or not you need a new (Barnes & Jones) cover on the first Cage unit installation.
Provide additional information which can help to identify an old trap, as well as instructions about whether or not to remove the current seat prior to insertion of the new Cage Unit.
Every Cage Unit comes individually boxed with instructions to insure proper installation.
The column designed "TYPE" indicates each unit's price code. Each unit is listed as either an "A", "B", "C" or "D". The majority of units listed are Type A - the most commonly used repair units in steam heating applications.
Types B, C and D units are used primarily in industrial and commercial applications where higher pressures are encountered. As highly engineered units, they are more expensive than low pressure heating repair parts. Call Keystone Steam Supplies at 905-361-0270 to inquire about costs and availability.
